Week 1: Reference gathering, model proxy, light Unreal scene

Week 2: Model High-Res in Maya then bring it into Z-Brush

Week 3: Model Game-Res and UV Game-Res and Bake High-Res on Game-Res

Week 4: Texture model and fix lighting in Unreal
